Type of Incident - Road

Thank you  for taking the time to make this report, and hopefully together with others, inconsiderate and irresponsible drivers can be held to account.

Some people may feel uncomfortable when its time to leave their name, but we do not present your details to others.  If you feel uncomfortable leaving your personal details you may allocate yourself a 'label' (Handle) for this report as the incident will still be available for viewing on the internet once it has been submitted.    Anonymity does however have less credence.

( Click the  'Submit to Dob-a-Driver Database' button to store the information to the Central Database).

 " Don't get angry......... report them! "
No report means No possibility of consequence for the offender!

If the incident isn't recorded, then each time that person re-offends, it is just considered to be the first time they have done that.  If someone is injured or killed in the future by their actions then the excuse is ' I've never done anything like this before!' (and in the scheme of things...officially they haven't) and the incident may go unpunished ....  as usual the victim and their families lose while the offender goes on to re-offend!

The information you enter here is for statistical and research purposes, and can be displayed by anyone at any time through a search facility presenting partial incident information according to search criteria.     No personal information will be presented at any time.

Please fill in as much  detail as you can, noting that those entries labelled with * are mandatory, and must be filled in before you are able to submit the information to the Database.

Unsuitable language/content will not be helpful to the content of this Database, so we ask that you please refrain in that regard, keeping the descriptions accurate and to the point for the sake of clarity.

Important note:   Only submit this report if you are 100% sure of the accuracy of the details and please do not falsely report a driving incident.    As it would be extremely difficult to prove the accuracy of the reported incident without actual proof, the information is provided for statistical and/or research purposes.
