The Dobadriver Database is available to anyone with access to the Internet, giving them the ability to  request a given vehicle registration number to see if that number has been reported by anyone, anywhere in Australia at any time.  This includes the Police, future Bosses, current Bosses, Wives, Husbands, Mothers, Fathers and so on,  so this would surely give one the incentive to behave responsibly whilst driving any type of vehicle..... as indeed everyone should.   Thankfully the greater majority do behave responsibly  when in charge of a motor vehicle.

I headed S and I saw that car swayed to L and to R lane without any indicator. He exceeded speed limit over 60kph at 70kph max.
