[4]   Talking on a hand held mobile phone whilst driving is dangerous.
[5]   Talking on a hands-free mobile phone whilst driving is also dangerous. (i.e. loss of concentration)
[6]   The age limit for obtaining a driving licence should be increased.
[7]   Better education is needed for new/young drivers.
[8]   Drugs and alcohol are major contributors to poor road safety.
[9]   Speed is a major contributor to the current vehicle accident rate.
[10]  The current method of speeding fines is acceptable.

[15]  A better option rather than crushing a hoon's car would be to donate it to a more deserving family in need of a vehicle.
